       Iraq 2004 Iraq  operation phantom fury  8th November, 2004 : Following the attack and murder by Iraqi insurgents in Fallujah on a convoy containing four American private military contractors from Black-water USA, US forces launch Operation Phantom Fury to recapture control of the city of Fallujah from insurgent fighters which resulted in the death of nearly 100 US Marines and the death of more than 1,250 insurgent fighters who had built a number of bomb making factories to use in terrorist attacks on US forces. operation phantom fury,Today is the remembrance and tribute to the marines who lost their lives that day.God bless their families
